System for the integrated assessment of the parameters of hydrodispersed media

Scope: for the separation of dispersed media in the construction of control systems for wastewater treatment and other technological processes with the interaction of various phases: filtration, flotation, coagulation. The elements of the system can be used to control the current parameters in the production of paper, for operational diagnostics and determine the class of valves at industrial enterprises

Technical characteristics: the system has a modular design and includes meters of capillary absorption time (VKV), electrokinetic potential (EKP), valve leaks (PZA) and a complex processing unit. Meters VKV, EKP and PZA can be used both as part of the system and autonomously

Meter VKV:

conversion time – 10-1000 s, dimensions of tested materials 10X10 cm; sample size 5-10 ml; the ability to analyze paper anisotropy

EKP meter:

conversion time – 10-15 s, dimensions of the primary converter 20X40 cm; range of measured EKP –10… + 50 mV; accuracy ± 0.5 mV

PZA meter: conversion time – 10-180 s, measurement range of leaks in air 0-55 cm3 / min, in water – 0-5 cm3 / min; the device stores the results of the last 100 measurements in the non-volatile memory; pairing via RS232; operating temperature range of the electronic unit: –25-35 ° С; degree of protection against environmental influences IP34; the mass of the electronic unit is not more than 3 kg; time measurement error no more than 0.1 s

Advantages: compactness, analog measuring principle, lability of the measuring process, in-line measurement, logging

Form of intellectual property protection: RB patents: 8807, 2792, 9322

Development stage: the pilot sample of the VKV meter was tested in the laboratory of the Department of Industrial Ecology of BSTU, the pilot sample of the EKP meter is being tested and adjusted. Devices for measuring PZA have been tested and implemented at JSC “GrodnoAZOT”. Draft documentation of all modules of the system, algorithm and software of the system as a whole have been developed

Cooperation proposals: contract for the development and manufacture of the system or its individual elements
