PULTRUSED TECHNOLOGY OF PRODUCTION OF REINFORCED THERMOPLASTES

Description of the project: Obtaining composite materials and structural products based on thermoplastic polymers and glass fibers – long-fiber injection and molding compositions, unidirectionally reinforced rods, tapes and shaped products – for building structures, power engineering and transport engineering, for sports equipment and household items. The resulting materials and products have high strength and rigidity, corrosion resistance, and electrical insulating properties.

Advantages: Flexibility in terms of components, structure and composition of the composite material and the resulting products; the possibility of using standard equipment; high performance, low energy consumption; small waste and the possibility of their processing.
