PRESSING TECHNOLOGY OF PRE-PLASTIC THERMOPLASTIC COMPOSITIONS

Description of the project: Manufacturing of thermoplastic polymers and compositions based on them from a mixture of substandard wastes for general technical and structural purposes.

The process consists in forming a molten workpiece with subsequent pressing in a cooled tooling.

Typical products: tiles, elements of drainage systems, casings, covers, containers, boxes, pallets, elements of a sewer hatch, etc.

Advantages: Flexibility in terms of materials and components; specific energy consumption of the process – no more than 1 kW × h per 1 kg of the product; material consumption of products – no more than 5% of the cost price; use as the main equipment of a standard screw extruder and press; waste-free production and 100% recycling of products after the end of operation.
