Purpose: the proposed method is used to obtain products with improved characteristics by rotational molding

Brief description: The developed two-stage rotational molding method allows the production of multilayer products with improved strength characteristics. The following were used as modifying additives:

 Foaming agent “Concentrate-BASCO”,%                  0.1-0.5
 Fiberglass, %                                                    5-25

Advantages compared to analogues: when obtaining a foamed product, it is possible either to increase the strength of the product up to 10% with the same mass of the product, or to reduce the amount of raw materials used by 10% while maintaining the strength of the product. When receiving products with reinforcing fibers, the strength of the product increases up to 10%
