Brief essence of the development: the development of a formulation and technology for the manufacture of elastomeric compositions based on hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber, a technological process for the production of reinforced rubber products operating in corrosive environments and high temperatures, designed to seal the gap between the cylinder and piston in hydraulic devices operating under conditions reciprocating motion with a movement speed of no more than 0.5 m / s at a pressure of 0.1 to 50 MPa

The main advantages of the development: reinforced rubber products (cuffs) based on special-purpose rubbers were not previously produced in the Republic of Belarus and were purchased abroad.

The main technical characteristics of the development: cuffs are efficient from -60 ° C to + 100 ° C; SHOR A hardness – 60-65 conv. units, relative residual deformation at a temperature of 150 ° C for 24 hours at 20% compression – 20.0-30.0%

Comparison of development with analogs: conventional tensile strength 21.0 ÷ 23.0 MPa (analogue – no more than 20.0); relative elongation at break 470 ÷ 490% (analogue – not less than 400); change in indicators after exposure to SZhR-1 at a temperature of (150 ± 3) ºС for 72 hours in hardness +5 conventional units; mass + 4 ÷ + 5%; ozone resistance -> 100 h (analogue-4); change in volume from exposure to SZhR-2 – 9.7-10.8% (analogue -11.3)
