Purpose of development: O-ring rubber sealing rings are used for hydraulic, fuel, lubrication and pneumatic devices

Brief essence of the development: formulations and technologies for the manufacture of elastomeric compositions based on special-purpose rubbers have been developed. A technology for manufacturing molded rubber products based on special rubbers is proposed. Technological regulations and technical conditions have been developed.

Main technical characteristics of the development: rings are designed to operate at temperatures from -60 ° C to + 100 ° C at pressures up to 50 MPa – in fixed joints and up to 32 MPa – in movable joints; in mineral oils, liquid fuels, emulsions, lubricants; Shore A hardness – 62-65 conv. units, relative residual deformation at a temperature of 150 ° C for 24 hours at 20% compression – 23.3-29.8%

Comparison of the development with analogs: the development corresponds to the best world samples (by “Du Pont”), there are no analogues of this development in the Republic of Belarus

Significance for the Republic of Belarus: Unitary Enterprise “Minsk Motor Plant” completes engines with parts 50-1401059А, 50-1401065А1, 240-1401059А1, 240-1401065А1, and some engines are exported; parts 50-1401059А, 50-1401065А, 240-1401059А1, 240-1401065А are supplied to RUE “Minsk Motor Plant” for completing engines. Earlier, RUE “Minsk Motor Plant” carried out the purchase of these parts in Russia. The development was introduced at JSC “Belarusrezinotekhnika” (since 2006, the production of molded rubber products based on special-purpose rubbers has been mastered)
