Machining center extraction device
Purpose: increasing the efficiency of removing chips from the cutting zone of machining centers (woodworking, metalworking, processing plastics), increasing the completeness of dust removal in the processing area, reducing energy costs for waste disposal
A brief description of:
- due to the use of a flexible skirt-fence with a wide gap, an air flow is created in the shavings-receiving hood, characterized by a favorable direction from the point of view of removing processing waste, since it passes through the cutting area;
- provides an increase in the speed of air flows in the shaving hood from 1.5 to 8 times without increasing the power of the fan drive electric motor, which creates a vacuum.
Advantages: during operation, an air flow of increased speed and favorable direction (through the cutting zone) is formed in the exhaust hood-chip collector. The exhaust device provides energy savings for the aspiration process due to the possibility of reducing the power of the fan drive motor (while maintaining the original air flow rate).
