Synthesis of polyfunctional nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds with useful properties

Purpose: obtaining new compounds with useful properties, in particular, a stabilizing effect against light and thermal oxidative destruction of polyethylene

Brief description: methods of synthesis on the basis of available substances of new polyfunctional nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds with light and heat stabilizing effects have been developed, their development has been carried out. Thermal stable substances have been obtained that are compatible with polyethylene melts, which makes it possible to produce stabilized polymer products on the basis of existing equipment, including films for greenhouses

Advantages in comparison with analogs: an increase in the effectiveness of the stabilizer makes it possible to increase the service life of stabilized polymer products used in natural conditions. The advantage of these stabilizers in comparison with the known sulfur-containing analogs is the absence of toxic substances released during the disposal of stabilized polymeric materials at the end of their service life.
