Resource-saving technology for the production of replaceable elements of working units of road-building, municipal and airfield cleaning equipment

Purpose: composite materials based on modified propylene homopolymer for the manufacture of oriented fishing line used in the production of replaceable elements (brush rings)

Brief description: brush rings are used to equip working units of road-building, municipal and airfield equipment intended for cleaning road surfaces, courtyards and airfield runways

Advantages in comparison with analogues: the use of the developed materials allows to stabilize the technological process of manufacturing oriented fishing line with a diameter of 2.5–3.6 mm, and to ensure waste-free production of brush rings with 100% use of technological waste

Form of protection of intellectual property: patents of the Republic of Belarus: 12615 “Polymer composite material”; 13425 “Polymer composite material”

Technical and economic results of implementation: increasing the service life of working units by 1.5-2.0 times and reducing the cost of production
