Scope of development: for painting pre-prepared and primed with alkyd primers metal surfaces of products used both in atmospheric conditions and indoors

Brief essence of the development: creation of paint and varnish material – alkyd enamel of natural drying, forming coatings in a much shorter period of time than mass-produced analogues

Main technical characteristics of the development: available in red, gray, yellow, green colors

– drying time to degree 3 of enamel coatings at a temperature of 20 ± 2 ° ^C – no more than 60 minutes;

– thickness of the dried single-layer coating 18-23 microns, complex coating – not less than 40 microns;

– final formation of the coating – 5 days;

– theoretical consumption of enamel for a single-layer coating is 100-200 g / m2, d^epending on the color of the enamel;

– bending elasticity of coatings – no more than 1 mm;

– pendulum hardness – not less than 0.18 rel. units;

– adhesion – no more than 1 point;

– the strength of the coating upon impact – not less than 50 cm;

– resistance to static effects of water at a temperature of (20 ± 2) ° С – 2 hours, mineral oil – 24 hours

Comparison of the development with analogues: the enamel dries quickly at 20 ° C, the domestic analogue PF-115 dries in the coating in 24 hours. Excellent decorative properties – an even matte surface is formed. Enamel has good painting properties, low consumption; does not require special equipment for coating and curing
