Accelerated Drying Primer

Scope: for primary painting of pre-prepared metal surfaces for coatings with alkyd and melamine alkyd enamels, as well as for temporary protection against corrosion of metal structures during installation and storage

Brief essence of the development: creation of a formulation of an anticorrosive primer, which cures in natural conditions and forms coatings that are not inferior in quality to hot curing coatings

The main technical characteristics of the development: fast curing in natural conditions (no more than 25 min at 20 ° C); the coating has good adhesion to metal, high hardness, impact strength and elasticity; due to the content in the soil composition of a carefully selected complex of anti-corrosion pigments and fillers, as well as special additives, the development of corrosion on the metal is prevented; the primer forms a weather-resistant, water- and acid-resistant coating, resistant to the action of mineral oil and diesel fuel; good decorative properties, good hiding power.

Comparison of the development with analogues: in comparison with domestic analogues, it forms high quality coatings in natural conditions, is characterized by higher protective properties (especially acid resistance)

Significance for the Republic of Belarus: saving energy resources at the stage of obtaining paints and varnishes, reducing import dependence of Belarusian enterprises, expanding the range of competitive products
