The first set of applications under the European Neighbourhood Instrument 'Poland-Belarus-Ukraine 2014-2020' (Programme) was announced on October 11, 2016 during the Program Closing Conference for the years 2007-2013 and the opening of the Program for the years 2014-2020.

The set is open for all thematic purposes of the Program: Heritage, Accessibility, Security and Borders, as well as all their priorities.The total recruitment budget is 80.17 million euros, and the grant amount for the project should be in the range of 100,000 to 2,500,000 euros.

In this application contest, the documents must be submitted in two phases: first, the main beneficiaries will submit concept notes containing general information about the project.After that, only selected major beneficiaries will be invited to submit a full application form, including details of the project, which will be the subject of additional evaluation.

The main beneficiaries must download and install this program on their computers.The program can then be used without an internet connection (offline).In order to submit a concept note, it must be completed, stored, printed and signed.All versions of the note, paper and electronic files, must be submitted to the Joint Technical Secretariat within the deadline set for this set of applications.

The deadline for submitting concept notes is December 31, 2016.

Review of the design idea and individual consultations

  • beneficiaries can receive a written review of the recruitment requirements by emailing pbu@pbu2020.eu.Answers to questions will be provided at least once a week by the Programme's select team of experts.
  • individual consultations for applicants on the idea of the project and partnership will also be organized by the Joint Technical Secretariat: Form.

Trainings

  • November – a series of trainings for all applicants will be organized in Poland, Belarus and Ukraine.During the trainings, important information will be provided about the procedures and requirements of the application contest, as well as on filling out the concept note.
  • December – trainings for the main beneficiaries will be organized in Shshov, Bialystok, Lviv and Brest.During these activities, we will focus on how to fill out the relevant sections of the concept note.
