Application area:

  • in the production of synthetic technical and household detergents, cleaning and bleaching agents;
  • in the textile industry for bleaching fabrics;
  • in the oil industry;
  • in the metallurgical and mechanical engineering industries for the treatment of metal surfaces;
  • as a coagulant in the production of regenerating oils used in oil refining;
  • in water treatment as a corrosion inhibitor and coagulant;
  • in everyday life and at work as a disinfectant for premises, linen, dishes, plumbing;
  • as part of a coolant for internal combustion engines;
  • as a charge component in glass production;
  • in the construction and road construction industries in the production of heat-resistant acid-resistant concrete.

Description: it is a sodium salt of metasilicic acid and is a hydrated alkaline sodium silicate. Appearance: fine-crystall
ine powder or flaked forms of various shades of gray or yellow. Mass fraction of total alkalinity in terms of Na
2O, not less than 20.5%. Mass fraction of silicon dioxide SiO2 not le
ss than 19.0%. Mass fraction of sesqui oxides R2O3 n
ot more than 0.2%. Mass fraction of total moisture not
more than 59.0%. Particle size not more t
han 2 mm (the content of particles from 2 to 10 mm is allowed, not more than 10% total mass). The pro
duct melts at a temperature of 40-80 ˚С, is easily soluble in water. 

Application area:

  • In the textile industry as a bleaching agent for fabrics and yarns.
  • In soap, fat, chemical industries, as a component for the production of synthetic detergents (ML-1, ML-2, Desmol, Dishware, etc.).
  • In the paint industry for the manufacture of latex paints.
