SOLUTION FOR APPLYING BLACK NICKEL COATINGS ON THE SURFACE OF METAL PRODUCTS

Description of the project: The black nickel plating solution allows coating products made of nickel, titanium, aluminum, duralumin, TsAM 4-1 alloy without using an external power source, the processing time is 20-40 minutes at a temperature of 20-25 ° С.

The organic additive present in the solution is a commercial product, is not deficient, has low toxicity, has a hazard class 3, the MPC in the water of fishery reservoirs is 1 mg / d^m3. The additive is proposed instead of the scarce organic additive of the potassium salt of perfluoro-4-methyl-3,6-dioxooctanesulfonic acid (prototype analog).

Advantages: The solution can be of economic value in the electroplating industry where there is a need for a black nickel plating.

Without correction in the electrolyte, it is permissible to process up to 4.6 m² of the surface of products in 1 dm³ of solution.
