TECHNOLOGY FOR PRODUCING FUEL PELLETS FROM WHOLE BIOMASS OF WOOD

Project Description: Traditionally, pellets are made from coniferous stem wood – pine, spruce. At high temperatures and pressures, all components of a tree’s biomass, such as branches, tops, twigs, bark, can participate in the formation of pellets. A feature of the technology is the expansion of the raw material base by using the entire biomass of a tree in the production of pellets, using, in addition to coniferous, specially prepared raw materials from soft-leaved species, such as birch, alder, aspen. The developed technology for the production of pellets allows you to obtain an environmentally friendly product that does not contain synthetic adhesives.
