RECOMMENDATIONS FOR PROSPECTIVE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE CREATION AND USE OF TOPIAR FORMS OF DECIDUAL SHUSTERS IN LANDSCAPING OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS
Description of the project: The development includes information on general approaches to the formation of sheared compositions of deciduous shrubs in modern landscape architecture and design, an assortment of decorative deciduous shrubs for creating topiary plant forms in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus, promising methods for creating and using topiary forms of deciduous shrubs in landscaping the Republic of Belarus.
The compositional features of the construction of topiary plant forms from deciduous shrubs, the most significant aspects that determine the quality and decorative value of topiary compositions (correct selection of the shape, location of composition elements and assortment of plants for their creation, observance of the principles of color harmonization of composition elements) are considered.
The schemes of spatial construction of the most promising types of topiary compositions based on modular groups, linear plantings and tapeworms, variants of the assortment of plants for their formation are presented.
The developed recommendations are based on the analysis of data from field surveys of topiary forms of ornamental deciduous shrubs, generalization of scientific and practical information on the basic principles of spatial composition and selection of an assortment of ornamental plants, the peculiarities of the technology for creating and maintaining topiary compositions. The recommendations can be used by specialists in the field of landscape architecture in the formation and operation of topiary compositions on objects of landscape architecture.
Advantages: the development takes into account the specifics of the natural and climatic conditions of the Republic of Belarus, is focused on the range of species and decorative forms of deciduous shrubs, the most promising for the formation of topiary compositions on the territory of Belarus.
