RESOURCE-SAVING TECHNOLOGIES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF WIND-DRILLING FORESTS ON THE BASIS OF MODERN MACHINE SYSTEMS

Description of the project: The development outlines the problematic issues of logging and reforestation while eliminating the consequences of windblows and windbreaks. The classification of windfall and windbreak felling areas is given, rational methods of performing technological operations during their development are given. Particular attention is paid to the issues of work safety. An instruction on labor protection in the development of these cutting areas has been developed.

Advantages: The use of the developed technologies can significantly reduce economic costs and reduce injuries during the development of windblown felling areas.

Results achieved: The classification of windblown-windbreak felling areas stated in the project and the developed recommendations are valid for plain and slightly hilly areas of felling areas. Development of such recommendations for cutting areas located in mountain areas should be considered a promising direction of research.
