Contact and cooperation exchange within the ener2i project in the Republic of Belarus
The ener2i project, funded by the European Union, invites you to participate in the Contact and Cooperation Exchange in the field of energy in Minsk, Republic of Belarus. The event will take place on October 14, 2014. within the framework of the 19th Belarusian Energy and Environmental Forum “Energy. Ecology. Energy saving. Electro “- ENERGY EXPO – 2014.
Contact and cooperation exchange and ENERGY EXPO-2014 will be held on the territory of the Indoor football arena at the address Minsk, pr. Winners, 20/2. Research institutes, universities, companies and especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as business support organizations and other interested parties involved in the field of renewable energy or energy efficiency from Belarus, the European Union, the Eastern Partnership countries (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine) and other countries.
The purpose of the ener2i contact and cooperation exchange is to facilitate the development of cooperation between Belarusian research organizations and business and the establishment of direct contacts between Belarusian and foreign academic and business organizations, primarily from the EU and the Eastern Partnership countries. Part of the event will be dedicated to pre-organized face2face meetings. They are designed to help in finding partners and are designed to present opportunities, discuss options for cooperation, including new projects, ideas and initiatives for implementation in a bilateral format or through the EU Framework Program for Science and Innovation “Horizon 2020” (2014-2020).
As part of the ener2i contact and cooperation exchange, an award ceremony will also take place for the winners of the competition for innovative vouchers in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy sources, which was held in the Republic of Belarus from May 19 to August 20, 2014. within the framework of the ener2i project.
Participation in the event is free, but registration is required. To register, you must fill out an electronic form (partner profile) on the ener2i project website before September 30, 2014. It is advisable to do this in English. If filling out the form in English causes problems, you can fill out the form in Russian, the translation will be done by the organizers. Upon completion of registration, partner profiles will be collected in a directory that the organizers will send to registered participants by October 3, 2014. It will be necessary to mark those participants with whom you would like to meet in face2face format and send the catalog with the marks back by October 10, 2014. In parallel, the catalog will be posted on the ener2i project website, as well as on the website of the Belarusian organizer. Based on preferences, the organizers will prepare an individual meeting program for each participant, which he will receive before the start of the event.
