Republican competition of innovative projects-2015
The State Committee for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, with the participation of the Belarusian Innovation Fund, is holding the 6th Republican Competition for Innovation Projects in 2 nominations: “Best Innovative Project” and “Best Youth Innovative Project“. The main goal of the competition is to stimulate innovation, as well as to implement promising innovative projects and seek investment support for innovative projects of young and talented specialists. Within the framework of the competition, promising innovative projects are considered with a detailed implementation (commercialization) strategy and corresponding to the priority areas of scientific and technical activities in the Republic of Belarus.
Legal entities and individuals can participate in the competition. Individuals under the age of 35 can take part in the nomination “Best youth innovative project”. Participants of the competition independently choose which nomination the innovative project they represent belongs to; they can take part in two nominations simultaneously.
The competition is held in four stages:
1. Selection of projects among the winners of the republican youth project “100 Ideas for Belarus” and other republican competitions approved by the competition council for participation in the competition this year – until June 1, 2015.
2. Acceptance of applications and preliminary selection of projects – until October 1, 2015.
3. Expertise of innovative projects – until November 1, 2015
4. Determination of the winners and prize-winners of the competition – December 2015
Among the participants of the first stage, 20 projects are selected for further participation in the competition, the applicants of which will receive funds in the amount of up to 40 tariff rates to develop business plans for innovative projects in order to further participate in the competition.
In order to prepare the participants of the competition for the consideration and protection of innovative projects in October 2015. a training seminar will be held with the involvement of leading Belarusian specialists in innovation and venture activities and business planning.

To participate in the competition, you must register on the website, fill out the forms established by the organizers and submit them by October 1, 2015. in electronic form by e-mail: konkurs@icm.by, as well as in printed form, a set of competition documents must be sent to the address of the Belarusian Innovation Fund (220002, st. V. Horuzhei, 31A, office 403).
