An abstract of the concept of the Eurasian Technology Transfer Network (ECTT) has been published

The official website of the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) has published an annotation of the results of the research work “Development of the concept of creating a Eurasian technology transfer network, including the procedure for its formation and financing.”

The project was implemented by experts from NP Russian Technology Transfer Network in 2016-2017. when interacting with partners from the EAEU countries, in particular with the Republican Center for Technology Transfer (RCTT).

In the project’s boundaries:

– 8 organizations from the EAEU countries have formed a consortium, which includes RCTT for cooperation in the creation and operation of the ECTT;

– identified 75 scientific and technological cooperation projects;

– a layout of the information and communication platform was developed to support the ECTT business process;

– “Research of the global experience of open innovation and assessment of the potential of the EAEU member states to create network structures to support technology transfer” was completed;

– “Concept of creation of the Eurasian technology transfer network (ECTT)” was developed.
