Brief description: a method for producing an anticorrosive coating includes obtaining an alkyd resin based on polyhydric alcohol, vegetable oil and anhydride of 5,6-benzbicycloocta[2,2,2]none-8-dicarboxylic-2,3 acid and its modification with 0.1-0.5 wt. % oligomaleimidohydroxyphenylene

Advantages in comparison with analogues: allows to increase the service life of the protective coating without showing underfilm corrosion by almost two times

Main technical characteristics of the development: 

the hardness of the varnish coating based on the developed composition is 0.84 rel.units, the adhesion of the coating during formation on a metal substrate is 443 g / mm, when the coating is formed on an oligomeric sublayer – 489 g / mm; the beginning of the appearance of underfilm corrosion during the formation of a coating on a metal plate is 75 days; when forming a varnish coating on an oligomeric subcoat – 150 days
