Technology for the production of mass types of paper and cardboard using binary systems


Purpose: p
roduction of mass types of paper and cardboard with high values of physical and mechanical properties and hydrophobicity, while reducing the cost of sizing and strengthening substances, improving the parameters of the functioning of paper and cardboard machines

Brief description: the developed technology for the use of binary systems of auxiliary chemicals in the production of mass types of paper and cardboard allows:

– increase the strength and hydrophobicity of paper and cardboard by 8-12%

– increase the rate of paper pulp dewatering up to 7500 cm3 / min

– to increase the degree of retention of the components of the paper pulp to 99.2%

Advantages over analogues: a previously unused composition of a binary system of auxiliary chemicals was proposed and the high efficiency of its use in the production of recycled paper and cardboard was proved

Significance for the Republic of Belarus: resource saving in the production of mass types of paper and cardboard by reducing the loss of fine cellulose fibers, as well as improving the environmental friendliness of production by reducing the amount of suspended solids in wastewater from paper and cardboard enterprises
