NEW TYPES OF LOW-PHOSPHATE AND BE-PHOSPHATE DETERGENTS AND THEIR PREPARATION
Description of the project: The products are intended for cleaning various surfaces from grease and other contaminants, cleaning plumbing equipment, mechanical washing of workwear, products from various fabrics. The developed method of obtaining detergents is based on “dry” neutralization of proton-containing reagents with neutralizing substances, which allows for the targeted synthesis of such active components of detergents as anionic surfactants, sodium sesquicarbonate (trona), chelators, etc.
Advantages: The developed detergents, in contrast to analogs, have a low tendency to caking, are intended for ecological washing: they contain up to 5 wt% P2O5, do not cause allergies, reduce aging and wear of the fabric. The method of obtaining is distinguished by relatively lower energy consumption, it allows the synthesis of active components of detergents, in particular, anionic surfactants, complexones, natural mineral tronu, and thereby regulate the composition and physical and technical properties of the agent.
