Scientific, technical and regulatory framework for the use of renewable energy resources in the Republic of Belarus "Wind power plants"
Purpose: development of scientific and regulatory framework for the environmentally safe operation of wind power plants
Brief description: the technical code of good practice (TCH), which establishes the rules in the field of environmental protection during the placement, design, construction, reconstruction, commissioning, operation and decommissioning of wind turbines of all types:
- rules in the field of resistance to external influencing factors;
- rules in the field of environmental protection when placing wind power plants;
- rules in the field of environmental protection in the design of wind turbines;
- during construction, reconstruction, conservation and dismantling of wind power plants;
- rules in the field of environmental protection during the operation of wind power plants;
- rules in the field of environmental protection in the liquidation of a legal entity or the termination of the activities of an individual entrepreneur, as well as in case of their bankruptcy, which are the owners of wind turbines.
This TCH is applied by legal entities engaged in the design and construction of wind power plants, regardless of ownership and subordination, located on the territory of the Republic of Belarus
