Fuel briquettes
Purpose: household and industrial fuels
Brief description: pressed products from dry wood residues. When pressing under high pressure, the temperature of the material rises and resinous binders are released, due to which the material is glued and the further briquette is formed.
Technical indicators:
Density, kg / m3 | 900-1400 |
Ash content,% | 0.5-1.5 |
Calorific value, MJ / kg | 16-19.5 |
Humidity,% | 8-10 |
– in terms of heat transfer, they surpass ordinary firewood by 2-3 times and are practically equal to coal;
– during combustion, they form a minimum of ash, about 20 times less than wood and 40 times less coal;
– have a high duration of burning (40 minutes) and smoldering (up to 200 minutes);
– flare up well, provide a constant combustion temperature, do not shoot, do not spark;
– Practical absence of smoke and carbon monoxide during combustion;
– environmentally friendly product: it does not contain any chemical additives and gluing substances, it is made from wood waste (shavings, sawdust, wood dust);
– Convenient form (reduction of storage and transportation costs);
– 1 ton of fuel briquettes during combustion replaces: 753 kg of coal, 443 kg of fuel oil, 843 m3 of natural gas
Applications: woodworking and woodworking enterprises
