Filling technology for glued paper and cardboard
Purpose: paper and cardboard with high hydrophobic properties while maintaining the strength of the finished product
Brief description: the proposed technology for filling paper and cardboard allows to increase the efficiency of using mineral fillers in the composition of paper and cardboard by saving 10-20 kg of cellulose, 15-30 kg of filler and 5-10 kg of coagulant for each ton of products, reduce the cost of finished products , as well as to reduce the contamination of circulating and waste water with filler particles and sizing complexes
Advantages over analogues: the technology of filling paper and cardboard can be used to increase the degree of retention of fillers such as calcium carbonate, kaolin, blankfix, titanium dioxide and others without the use of expensive auxiliary filler retention systems. In this case, the degree of filler retention increases from 40-55% to 70-80%. The technology also makes it possible to obtain paper and cardboard with high hydrophobic properties while maintaining the strength of the finished product.
