Purpose: the technology is designed to organize the production of packaging types of paper and cardboard
Brief description of the development: the technology of obtaining packaging types of paper and cardboard differs from the traditionally used processes in the stages of preparing the pulp and sizing the fiber suspension. When preparing paper pulp at the stages of breaking up and grinding, it is proposed to use an auxiliary component of the VRP, which reduces the duration of the process. It is recommended to size the fibrous suspension in a neutral medium in the mode of heteroadagulation of adhesive particles, which is achieved by the amount and sequence of dosing of the hydrophobizing component and coagulant.
Advantages in comparison with analogs: the developed technology allows to reduce by 10-15% energy consumption in the preparation of paper pulp due to the use of an auxiliary chemical additive VRP. Carrying out sizing of paper pulp in the mode of heteroadagulation of sizing particles allows to reduce the specific consumption rates of sizing materials by 30-40% and coagulant by 1.5-2.0 times
