The aim of the
competition is to create organizational and economic conditions for the disclosure of the creative abilities of student youth, to preserve and replenish on this basis the intellectual potential of Belarus, to intensify the scientific work of students, which is one of the effective means of improving the quality of training of highly qualified professionals.

The timing of the competition, the list of scientific commissions, the basic UVO for the relevant scientific commissions, the cost estimates are determined by the order of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belaru
s.UVO students (and undergraduates), including foreign nationals studying in the UVO of the Republic of Belarus, as well as graduates (and graduates) who have graduated from the UVO in the year of the competition, are eligible to take part in the competitio
n.The number of authors of the work submitted for the competition – no more than 2 people, if they have common materials on the topic of scientific work, confirming the test, the number of scientific leaders – no more than 2 peopl
e.The competition commissions include scientists-experts in this field of science, including representatives of other UVO, scientific and other organizations.The chairman and secretary of the competition commissions are full-time employees of the basic UV
O.The amount of scientific work (along with applications, excluding copies of materials confirming the scientific and practical significance of the wo
rk):o no more than 35 pages – for natural and technical science
s no more than 50 pages – for the humanities If
the registered scientific work is not submitted to the scientific section, the secretary of the competition commission reports it to the UVO, from which the scientific work was to come, and to the NIRS Center before the work of the competition commissio
n.Scientific works that have not been registered or submitted to the scientific section after the deadline for registration, (the date is determined by the postmark), or submitted in violation of the requirements of the Instructions, are not considered by the competition commission
s.Number of jobs.One author can submit several works to one or different competition commission.It is forbidden to submit the same scientific work to various competition commission
s.The author of the scientific work submitted to the competition must have a scientific directo
r.Sending the work.The works are sent to the commissions of the competition (in the basic UVO) not personally by the authors, but centrally by the UVO (with an accompanying letter from the UVO
).Authors of scientific papers within a month after summing up the results of the competition have the right to apply in writing to the basic UVO for the opportunity to read the review (without data about the reviewer) and the decision of the competition commissio
n.Attention to the commissioners!The scientific works (along with the review received, without providing information about the reviewer) are returned to the UVO, where they were performed, no later than a month after the approval of the results of the competition.
