The Belarusian Republican Foundation for Fundamental Research (BRFFI) and the Russian Foundation for Fundamental Research (RFFI) are announcing a competition for grants for young scientists "BRFFI-RFFI M-2019" in order to attract talented young people of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation to perform joint basic scientific research, create additional incentives for effective scientific creativity and improve the quality of scientific training.

The competition is held in the following areas:

Mathematics, mechanics;
Physics and astronomy;
Chemistry and materials science;
Biology;
Earth sciences;
Information and computing technologies
Fundamentals of Engineering Sciences;
History, Archaeology, Ethnology and Anthropology;
The economy
philosophy, political science, sociology, law, social history of science and technology, science;
Philology and art studies;
psychology, fundamental problems of education, social problems of human health and ecology;
Global problems and international relations;
Fundamentals of Medical Sciences;
fundamentals of agricultural sciences.

Applications for the competition are registered through the AIS "BRFFI" system no later than October 1, 2018.
