Applications for the Eurasian Digital Platforms competition have begun

Startups are invited to participate in the “Digital Future of the EAEU” nomination. Software developers, vendors and integrators present their projects in the nomination “Best technological solutions for the implementation of the EAEU digital agenda.” For organizations that have already gone through the process of digital transformation and can serve as a good example in this, there is a nomination for the Best Digital Projects of the EAEU. Game creators are invited to participate in the nomination “The best game for children and adolescents on the EAEU digital agenda.”

The developments of the bidders must take into account the main areas of implementation of the EAEU digital agenda: “Digital traceability of products and goods” (consumer safety, combating counterfeiting, increasing collection of payments), “Digital industrial cooperation” (import substitution, creation of highly efficient value chains), “Digital trade “(Increasing market volumes, awareness of individual consumer needs),” Digital transport corridors “(reducing transportation times, improving the efficiency of logistics systems),” Data turnover “(creating digital assets, improving management efficiency) and” Regulatory sandboxes “(accelerating implementation new business processes) .In January this year, a
t a foresight session, which was attended by more than 80 experts in the field of digital economy from all states of the Union, the criteria for selecting projects were determined. This is a synergistic effect from the implementation of the project in all EAEU countries, the availability of competencies and opportunities for its implementation, innovation, the availability of resources for significant digital transformation, etc. The c
ompetition is held in three stages. The qualifying round will take place in the second quarter. Based on its results, a council of experts, which will include representatives of all EAEU countries, will select three best projects in each of the nominations for participation in the semifinals in each state. The final, which will take place in the fall, will include four participants from each country of the Union. They will present the finalized projects in the form of presentations. The jury will select one winner from five projects in each of four nominations. Another project will receive the jury’s sympathy p
rize. The winners of the competition will present their developments at the International Exhibition Forum “Eurasian Week” in Yerevan in October. The award ceremony will also take place there. The best projects will be implemented within the framework of the digital agenda of the EAEU or the Integrated Information System of the Union.
