Scientists have learned to print human skin on a printer

A unique printer is presented in the world that allows you to “print” human skin.

The developers of the new technology are confident that this will allow in the future to get rid of the search for a suitable donor for transplanting affected skin areas.

A new device called the U of T bioprinter was presented by engineers from Canada. As part of the experiment, the scientists printed a piece of skin on the device, which was immediately placed on the wound. This artificial skin can speed up the healing process.

It is reported that testing the technology on experimental rats and pigs has shown high efficiency.

Preparations are underway for testing the mini-printer on patient
