INTELLIGENT NANOCOMPOSITES BASED ON POLYMERS AND METAL OXIDES

Description of the project: The established regularities of the influence of the compositions and structure of solid solutions based on modified barium and bismuth titanates on the electrophysical properties of synthesized products can be used to create ferroelectric ceramics with a given set of performance characteristics, which determines the possibility and potential use of them as intelligent materials for the manufacture of integrated executive elements of devices and automation devices.

Benefits:

New compositions and technological parameters of energy-efficient exothermic synthesis of ceramic ferroelectric materials have been developed, on the basis of which sensor elements of highly sensitive selective energy-efficient semiconductor gas CO2 sensors are manufactured, characterized by an energy consumption of 83-86 mW, a coefficient of sensitivity to CO2 of 1.7-2.1, as well as low sensitivity to CO, H2, CH4.

Compared to analogs, materials have high values of dielectric constant, sensor elements based on them are characterized by high sensitivity and low power consumption.
