COMPOSITION FOR COLORING THE SURFACE OF CERAMIC PRODUCTS IN RED-BROWN COLOR

Description of the project: Composition for dyeing ceramic products is obtained by dissolving sodium salt of carboxylmethylcellulose (CMC) in water, followed by dispersing in the resulting solution of a dyeing pigment – natural golden ocher, ground broken colorless container glass and Lipaton SB-5521 latex.

The solution is applied by pouring, spraying, brush or roller onto freshly formed products, followed by drying and firing.

Withstands temperatures up to 1100 ° C.

Provides a stable uniform color of the surface of ceramic products in a rich red-brown color, adhesion and strength of adhesion of the coating to the surface of the ceramic product.

Non-toxic, fireproof, stable during storage.

Advantages: the developed composition is easy to prepare, does not contain scarce and expensive components.
