TECHNOLOGY FOR PRODUCING HIGH CONCENTRATION OZONE

Description of the project: Ozone is synthesized at the anode from modified lead dioxide during the electrolysis of aqueous solutions of inorganic acids at a current density of up to 1 A / dm2.

Achieved concentration of ozone in the gas phase up to 30 wt. %, working current density up to 100 A / dm2, electrolyte working temperature 12-18 oС.

Benefits: 

High purity of ozone – no nitrogen oxides NOX; oxygen-ozone mixture with a high concentration of ozone; the synthesis of ozone at room temperature minimizes its thermal destruction; the ability to obtain an ozone-oxygen mixture under excess pressure.
