HIGH TEMPERATURE COMPOSITE MATERIALS

Description of the project: The composition and technology for obtaining new highly thermostable prepregs with an improved set of properties have been developed (slowing down the loss of mass of the protective layer under isothermal conditions (at temperatures up to 900 ° C); protection of products from prolonged exposure to an open flame (at least 30 minutes) in the temperature range 1250 –1500 ° С (propane-butane and isopropane gases)) based on a given grade of carbon material impregnated with a unique composition based on a polymer binder and a complex of special-purpose additives. 

Advantages: improved performance of thermostable materials.
