ONTP "Quality of Education"

In accordance with the List of sectoral scientific and technical programs of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus in 2015-2017, it is planned to implement the ONTP “Development of the content and scientific and methodological support of preschool, general secondary, special, higher pedagogical and additional education of teachers in order to improve the quality of education in modern socio-economic conditions “.  

The main objectives of the Program are:

  • development of the content and scientific and methodological support of humanitarian, socio-cultural, mathematical and natural science education, which implements the principles of the relative completeness of the content of education at the second stage and specialized training at the third stage of general secondary education in the context of the competence approach;
  • development of the content and scientific and methodological support of preschool education in order to improve its quality in modern socio-economic conditions;
  • development of content and educational and methodological support of primary education in the context of a competence-based approach;
  • development of updated content and educational and methodological support for upbringing and psychological support of the individual based on a competence-based approach;
  • development of the content and scientific and methodological support of the correctional and educational process at the levels of preschool education, general secondary education of persons with psychophysical developmental features and for the preparation of pedagogical personnel for the implementation of a competence-based approach in correctional classes;
  • development of a complex of innovative educational technologies focused on the development of the pedagogical abilities of the future teacher as a determinant of the quality of vocational education;
  • development of content and scientific and methodological support for the training of teachers in the system of additional education for adults.

The main implementing organization for this Program is the institution “National Institute of Education”.

Proposals in the form of applications for filling the main tasks of the Program are accepted until September 12, 2014. at the address: 220004, Minsk, Korolya str. 16, “National Institute of Education”.
