UNDP invites you to submit a commercial proposal for services for the development of a feasibility study for the implementation of energy efficient equipment for street lighting in St. Novogrudok (ref. UNDP / CO / 652/2017) within the framework of the UNDP / GEF Project “Belarus: Supporting Green Urban Development in Small and Medium-Sized Cities of Belarus” Subject: Provision of services for the development of a feasibility study for the implementation of energy-efficient equipment for street lighting (LED lamps, street lighting control system) in g. When preparing the Proposal, the form of Appendix 2 is used. Proposals can be submitted no later than 17:00 (Minsk time) until September 20, 2017 by e-mail, postal courier or fax at the address below:

The proposal must be in Russian or Belarusian language and be valid for a minimum period of 90 days. The applicant must independently verify that the proposal is delivered to the above address before the deadline for submitting proposals. To make sure that your offer has been received, you can call +375 17 327 81 49, 327 48 76. Proposals received by UNDP after the submission deadline specified above will not be accepted, despite the reasons why the proposal was not delivered on time.
