The technology of hunting management to increase the number of European roe deer males with high trophy antlers

Scope: hunting

Brief description: for the first time in the republic a deep analysis of the state of hunting and trophy management of European roe deer is given. The influence of hunting management and lithological conditions on the trophy qualities of roe deer horns is shown, methodological recommendations on the technology of hunting management are developed, allowing to achieve effective hunting management.

Main technical characteristics: the technology of hunting management includes personnel training, minimization of negative factors, specific biotechnical measures, the implementation of which allows increasing the number of European roe deer with high trophy horn qualities in farms.
