Dear authors of innovative projects!

The State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus, with the participation of the Belarusian Innovation Fund, begins accepting applications for participation in the 8th Republican Innovation Projects Competition.

The competition is held in order to stimulate the implementation of promising innovative projects, to help in the search for investment support for innovative projects, to commercialize the results of research and development. The competition considers promising innovative projects with a detailed implementation strategy (commercialization) and relevant to the priority areas of scientific and technical activities in the Republic of Belarus.

To participate in the competition, it is necessary to pass the mandatory registration on the website of the competition, filling out the forms established by the organizers (application, passport and business plan of the innovative project), and to send in print a set of competition documents to the Belarusian Innovation Fund (220002, Minsk, 31A, 403).

The competition is held in 2 categories: "Best Innovation Project" and "Best Youth Innovation Project" (for individuals under 35 years old).

Each nomination has one winner and five prize-winners, including two runners-up and three third-place finishers.

The winners and prize-winners of the competition are awarded diplomas and prizes:

for the first place – 60 tariff rates of the 1st class (1980.0 rubles);

for the second place – 40 tariff rates of the 1st class (1320.0 rubles);

for the third place – 20 tariff rates of the 1st class (660.0 rubles).

Among the winners and prize-winners of the competition will be selected projects for further commercialization of their results, which will receive a certificate of 400 tariff rates (13,200.0 rubles).

The deadline for filing documents is October 1, 2017.

Receiving applications from winning projects of other other republican contests for funds to write business plans – until August 21, 2017.
