MOST (Mobility Scheme for Targeted People-to-People-Contacts/ Mobility Program for Targeted Interpersonal Contacts) is a European Union project aimed at expanding contacts between EU citizens and Belarus in order to share best practices.

MOST provides an opportunity to visit the EU in order to establish and deepen professional contacts. The MOST project is designed for 1,500 participants from Belarus during the project's implementation until December 1, 2017.

Culture is the key sectors of the MOST project; Education and youth; science and technology. Applications from other areas, such as economics, health, energy, public administration, etc. are also accepted.

All member states of the European Union are the target countries of the project. The project pays for all travel expenses, such as transport, accommodation, meals, visa, insurance, entrance tickets.
