Youth capacity-building projects may include partnerships between youth organizations, education, training, the socio-economic and partner countries of the programme.
Projects should focus on improving youth work, informal leadership and volunteering and linking them to the education system and the labour market.

Methods, Programs, Trainings, Documents, for example: Youthpass - Open access to educational materials, virtual collaboration, open educational resources
Trilateral projects (partner from the participating country of the program and at least one partner from the partner country of the program) are invited to participate.
Partners can be:
non-profit organizations, community associations (including European youth community organi
zations) national youth c
ouncils of local, regional and national government bodies
Applications are accepted until March 8, 2018.
