As part of the implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus and the Government of the Republic of India on economic and technical cooperation, the State Committee for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus announces a competition for joint Belarusian-Indian scientific and technical projects for implementation in 2019-2020 on the following priority areas: energy; Information and communication technologies; Biotechnology; Medicine, pharmacy; Agricultural technology; Food safety environmental protection.

Applications for the competition are accepted between June 15, 2018 and July 16, 2018.

GKNT requests applications for competitive selection in accordance with the Regulation on International Scientific and Technical Projects implemented under the international treaties of the Republic of Belarus, approved by a resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on August 13, 2003 No. 1065 (a set of forms attached).

Please note that the application must include:

A business plan (for projects aimed at creating and/or developing new technologies and/or types of products (works, services);

written commitments from the state customer and/or other stakeholders in the practical use of the results of research and development obtained during the project (for projects of applied nature);

written liabilities of the state customer and/or other interested in equity participation in the financing of project costs of at least 50 per cent of the total projected funds (for projects under which development and development work is planned);

a copy of the cooperation agreement with a foreign partner organization.

At the same time, we inform that in accordance with the resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 22, 2015, No. 431 "On the functioning of a single system of state scientific and state scientific and technical expertise" for the conduct of the state scientific and technical examination, it is also necessary to provide the GKNT with an act of examination of the organization-executive of the project.

Filled forms with a cover letter from the state customer of the project please send in printed (in three copies) and electronic (on CD) views no later than July 16, 2018.
