The State Committee on Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China are announcing a competition for joint scientific and technical projects for 2019-2020. Applications are accepted from July 15 to August 16, 2018 in the following priority areas: electronics and information and communication technologies, new materials, mechanics and engineering, energy efficiency and energy conservation, metallurgy, biotechnology, chemistry, agro-industrial technologies, industrial and construction technologies and manufacturing.

The application documents must contain a business plan prepared in due course; written commitments of the state customer to the practical use of research and development results and on equity participation in financing. The completed forms must be sent to the SCNT by August 16, 2018 in printed (in three copies) and electronic (on CD) views.

The competition for joint scientific and technical projects for 2019-2020 is held as part of the implementation of the agreement between the Government of Belarus and the Government of China on scientific and technical cooperation of April 24, 1992.
