The Belarusian Republican Foundation for Fundamental Research (BRFFI) and the State Fund for Fundamental Research of Ukraine (GFFIU) are announcing a competition of joint fundamental research projects to consolidate efforts to finance research carried out jointly by scientists of the Republic of Belarus and Ukraine in the following scientific areas:

  • Information and communication technologies;
  • Energy and energy efficiency, energy sources;
  • Environmental management, climate change research;
  • pro-life sciences, new technologies for the prevention and treatment of the most common diseases, biotechnology;
  • New substances and materials
  • The scientific foundations of new technologies in mechanical engineering;
  • Electronics and photonics;
  • the general Ukrainian-Belarusian past and present in the current areas of socio-humanitarian research.

Applications for the competition are registered through THE BRFFI no later than September 20, 2018.
