PIGMENTS FROM WASTE ELECTROLYTES OF GALVANIZING PRODUCTION
Description of the project: The development is aimed at obtaining import-substituting products – pigments – from production waste, namely from waste electrolytes from galvanic production. The resulting pigments can be used in the ceramic and paint and varnish industries.
Depending on the type of waste electrolytes and, consequently, the type of chromophore ions they contain, pigments of different colors can be obtained. To obtain them, the concentration of chromophore ions in the spent electrolytes must be at least 30 g / l.
Benefits: Reduced environmental impact of electroplating. Production of pigments of various colors.
