Installation for fatigue testing under complex loading

Purpose: determination of optimal modes of preparation of narrow band saws for work 

Brief description: the installation consists of a tension unit and a cyclic bending stress excitation unit, which are mounted on one base. The tensile force varies from 0 to 3500 N, bending stresses from 0 to 800 MPa at a loading frequency from 2 to 100 Hz. The design allows testing samples in conditions as close as possible to the production mode of band saws.
