Synthesis and biological activity of new nitrogen- and oxygen-containing heteroprostanoids based on tetronic acids and cyclopentenoisoxazolines
Purpose: obtaining new promising drugs
Brief description: the synthesis of new nitrogen- and oxygen-containing prostanoids on the basis of cyclopentenoisoxazolines has been developed and carried out, the synthesized samples of new prostanoids were transferred to the biotesting laboratory of the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus for research of biological activity. Some of the compounds obtained for the first time also turned out to be of practical importance as promising stabilizers of polymers or components of liquid crystal mixtures.
